Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Midwest Auto Spa LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle, including but not limited to excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, heavy contamination, or oversized vehicles. Any change to the quoted price will be discussed with you before additional work begins.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, or circumstances outside our control.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept commonly used payment methods; specific accepted methods will be confirmed at time of booking.
Scope of Work
Detailing results depend on the condition and age of the vehicle. While we strive for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, or defects. Paint correction and ceramic coating outcomes are discussed and confirmed before work begins.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition & Damage
You warrant that you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to have work performed on it. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket or improperly installed components, worn trim, failing clear coat, or issues revealed by cleaning.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Photos
We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality, training, and marketing purposes. Photos will not include personally identifying information such as license plates in published material. Let us know if you prefer we not use photos of your vehicle.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.
